Quick Chicken Parmesan

I'm sure that many of you, like me, prefer to do your cooking from scratch. But, we live in a fast paced world anymore and sometimes there just isn't time to cook up a meal from scratch so I usually keep a few item in my pantry that can be used to put together a quick and delicious meal. This is one that I really enjoy and takes very little time. Hope that you enjoy it also.

Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 cups Prego (or other) Italian sauce or spaghetti sauce
  • 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 package (8 ounces) spaghetti, cooked and drained
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place chicken in shallow 2 quart baking dish. Top the chicken with the sauce. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

Bake 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. (165 degrees) Serve the chicken and sauce over the spaghetti.

Enjoy!
